National Association of REALTORS®

Unique Challenge: Enhance the REALTORS Political Action Committee’s marketing communications.

  • NAR encountered difficulties connecting with its 1.2 million members, given the complexity of 52 state association PACs, 1,600 local chapters and respective federal, state and local laws.

Sagac’s Solution: PAC marketing on-demand program.

  • Created core content and designs for a myriad of PAC marketing materials made available to every local and state association through a portal on the RPAC Action Center website.

  • Worked with each association to customize brochures, dues billing inserts, presentations, email templates and signage by adding their own issues of importance, association or PAC logos, state disclosures and local addresses.

  • Designed, wrote copy, produced and delivered more than 700,000 units of PAC collateral.

Outcome: 17% increase in participation and revenues increased to over $7 million.

  • More than 300 state and local associations participated in the program, which reached 45 percent of the association’s membership with the message that RPAC is the "Best Investment in Real Estate." 

  • Over the same time period, RPAC participation grew from 28 to 45 percent, while revenues soared to over $7 million.
