Sagac Public Affairs is seeking a Production Coordinator responsible for organizing, managing and implementing communications, marketing and fundraising projects for national corporate and trade association clients. This position requires a skilled multi-tasker, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate should be well-organized, detail-focused, and possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to agilely switch between project management, problem-solving, and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure tasks and projects are delivered on time.
Functional Description:
Serve as the primary liaison between company and clients on all production projects.
Provide creative concepts and content for client education, solicitation and engagement communications.
Communicate regularly with Account Management and Traffic about client project progress.
Plan and coordinate client calls and/or events.
Facilitate and execute production schedules with internal and external production teams.
Develop strategies and tactical plans to effectively market and produce results for clients.
Provide project and process management for client projects.
Present vendor proofs to clients for approval; manage revisions, approval documentation and final project deliveries.
Maintain attention to detail and accuracy to produce consistently error-free work.
Collaborate with other departments and teams that contribute to the production process.
Other duties related to marketing and communications production for clients and company.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in a professional office
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelors degree in public relations, advertising, journalism, marketing or related field
